HUNT, Reverend Samuel James age 75, of Dayton departed this life May 8, 2013. Preceded in death by parents Early Hunt and Mary Lee Tate Hunt; sisters Azzie May Hunt, Mamie Lee Isler, Lucinda Ann Livingston, Roberta Bonner, and Odeveen Brazil; brothers William Oscar "Frank," Early William Junior, Charles Walter, and Beverly. He was an Associate Minister at Corinthian Baptist Church, graduate of Wright State University and United Theological Seminary and volunteer with Boy Scouts of America and YMCA. Survived by his wife, Pok Sun Hunt; only child, Sarah Kim Hackman and her husband George; siblings Ruth Genora Mallory, Mary Louise Hunt, Benjamin Tate, Rev. Prof. Alfred Eugene, Prof. Paul Louis, John Robert, Roy Wesley; grandchildren, Kevin Mitchell and Beatrice Carillon A host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M., Monday, May 13, 2013 at Corinthian Baptist Church, 700 S. James H. McGee Blvd. Rev. Dr. P. E. Henderson Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends 10-11 A.M. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
