Della York Obituary
Della Mae was born March 28, 1935 to Mr. & Mrs. Cleveland and Lue Elle McDaniel of Moulton, Alabama.
Most of her childhood was spent with her father in Decatur, Alabama.
Della moved to Chicago, Illinois at an early age and then to Dayton, Ohio. She later married Willie York and lived a happy life. She loved the Lord and going to church. She was dearly loved by all who knew her.
On November 24, 2019 her soul is in a better resting place. Her soul is resting and oh what a blessing.
Good memories will be cherished by her sister, Clezelle Swinney (Starlin), Sheffield, Alabama, Curly Houston, Moulton, Alabama, Niece, Sonja Douglas (Joe), Great Nieces, Ivori Kia Douglas, Ivoria Mariah Ann Douglas and Great Nephew, Joseph Isaiah Douglas.
Good memories shared by her adopted daughter Treva Miller and family: Michael Miller, Gabrielle Eskridge, Tatiana Miller and Solomon Miller. Thank you for making her a part of your family.
