Alisha Renee Gibbs-Dunn departed unexpectedly at the age of 49. Alisha was born on June 27, 1974, in Brooklyn, New York to John Henry Gibbs and Florial Dancy-Lockett. She attended public school in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Belmont High School in Dayton, Ohio. She obtained her Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Fortis College in 2011. She worked various jobs in the health care and human services industries. She recently worked for St. Vincent De Paul. Alisha married her best friend Todd Dunn on April 14, 2017.

 She is preceded in death by her father, John Henry Gibbs, grandfather, Willie Ed Dancy, grandmother, Alice Dancy, and mother-in-law, Brenda Walker.

Alisha’s personality would light up any room. She was full of laughter, outspoken, the life of the party, protected who she loved, and loved her family dearly.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her loving husband Todd Dunn.
