Anna L. Stallworth "Lue" gained her heavenly wings quietly on October 22, 2022, with her caring nurse at Centerville Health and Rehabilitation Center in Kettering, Ohio, after a long struggle with Parkinson’s Disease.  Anna was born February 13, 1937, in Beatrice, AL to the late Lee Bonner Stallworth and Gabrella (Wallace) Stallworth. She attended elementary school in Louisville, KY., and Dayton, OH, and graduated from Roosevelt High School.

Lue worked for the U. S. Postal service until she became disabled and could no longer work. After which, she spent many wonderful years enjoying life with friends and family. She loved painting, sports, and gaming.  Her love for bowling resulted in her participating in local leagues, where she was awarded numerous trophies. She also had a keen intellect and enjoyed game shows such as Jeopardy.

She is survived by sister: Angeline S. Tanner of Dayton, OH, sisters-in-law: Susie Stallworth of Louisville, KY, Lula Robinson of Stamford, CT, and Beverly Stallworth of Colorado Springs, CO, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by brothers James Sr. of Louisville, KY, Augustus (Gus) of Dayton, OH, Clarence of Dayton, OH, William of Colorado Springs, CO, Charles F., of Los Angeles, CA. and sisters Flossie of Detroit MI, Dorothy (Dottie) of Dayton, OH, and Lucy Stallworth.
