Mrs. Annie Ruth Knight was born on March 12, 1934 in Woodland Alabama to the late Willie Jim and Rose Etta Williamson. She was called home to be with the Lord on July 25, 2024. She was a lifelong member of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir and faithfully attended Sunday School.
She was preceded in death by her husband B. H. Knight, Sr. (2) sons Kenneth Knight and B. H. Knight Jr. (1) daughter Baby Girl Knight (4) sisters Victoria Brown, Willie Mae Ballard, Rosa Lee Wright and Ora D. Blake (6) brothers John Henry, Andrew, Little Jim, Jack, Robert Lee and Clifford Williamson (2) daughters-in-law Margaree Williamson and Netia Knight (2) grandsons Willie Lee Williamson and David Buchanan (1) granddaughter Katherine Junies (2) great grandsons Kato Knight and Johntae Braden.
She leaves to cherish her memory (4) sons Eddie Williamson, Willie (Sandy) Williamson, David (Crystal) Knight of Dayton, Ohio and Jesse (Windy) Knight of Columbus, Ohio (2) daughters Annette (Darnell) Knight and Michelle Knight, very special granddaughter, Twinette Knight, daughter-in-law Corine Knight all of Dayton, Ohio (4) sisters-in-law Ruth Simon, Tula Mae Knight, Elizabeth Hobdy of Dayton, Ohio and Geraldine Hines of Stone Mountain, GA (41) grandchildren, (118) great grandchildren, (54) great great grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
