Mrs. Betty L. Coffee born August 13, 1935 to the late Ralph and Eula Mae Chandler Hill in Knoxville, Tennessee went home to be with the Lord on March 23, 2026 at 9:50 pm. She resided in Dayton, Ohio for many years. She was a member of Wayman Chapel AME Church and an active member in the Frances Taylor Women’s Missionary Society and the O.W.L.S (Older, Wiser, Livelier, Saints Senior Ministry).
Preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Henry L. Coffee, Sr.; one brother, Henry Hill, four sisters, Mrs. Ralph Kersey, Mrs. Barbara J. Johnson, Mrs. Dorothy Stagemyer all of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Mrs. Emma J. Coffey of Abilene, Texas and a devoted sister-in-law, Mrs. Alice Lindsey of Nashville, Tennessee and one grandson Katon L. Coffee of Dayton. She was loved and respected by her family and friends.
She leaves to cherish her memory a devoted daughter, Mrs. Pamela D. Fair (Michael); son, Minister Henry L. Coffee (Kim). Grandchildren: Danielle C. Fair, Michael A. Fair II, Michael L. Coffee, Henry L. Coffee III, Gary T. Magruder, Camilah T. Magruder, Camisha R. Magruder. A host of great grands, nieces, nephews and cousins.
