Carolyn Captain Obituary
Carolyn Captain was born October 28, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio. She was the only child of Ernestine Sutton. She was a graduate of Roosevelt High School, class of 1971 and retired from Life Stages after working many years as a nurse.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her dear grandmother and grandfather, Susie and Robert Taylor along with her mother Ernestine.
She leaves to cherish her life, her children: Damon Hooks, Ebonie Rudd and Rashanna Lewis; a very special granddaughter Makenzie Burgan; grandson Damon E. Hallum, Dallas Jones-Hooks; two great-grandchildren: Dallas Jones-Hooks Jr. and Daniya Jones-Hooks; lifelong friend and stepfather to her children Vincent Peppers and a host of other loving family and friends.
