Darryl Scott Johnson, age 58 of Dayton, Ohio was born November 15, 1966 to the late Frank Bailey and Lola Mae Johnson. He attended Belmont High School and received his high school diploma.

Darryl, also known as D.J. to close friends and relatives, had a kind heart. He would do anything for anyone. He was a great father, brother and son. He loved his sports and his family. On Thursday, October 16, 2025 Darryl transitioned from this life to be in the presence of the Lord.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers: Gregory and Larry Johnson. He is survived by his sister Lynette Wright; daughters: Durhea Robinson, Natalie Johnson, Destiny Johnson, Sarah Isabella and Lola Johnson; sons: Kevin Hagans, Kaden Heyne and Lavon Robinson; son-in-law Clifton Burke and seven grandkids.
