Doris Patricia Farmer, age 93 of Dayton, Ohio was called home on Thursday, August 12, 2021. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on April 19, 1928 to the late Fred and Grace Richardson. She is survived by 2 daughters Cynthia Jackson and Patricia Farmer of Dayton, Ohio and one son David Farmer of Washington, D.C., 6 grandchildren, a number of great– grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, in addition to a host of nieces and nephews.
Doris, or Pat as friends and family called her was preceded in death by her son Benjamin C. Farmer, Jr.., her brother Herbert C. Richardson, her sisters Jeanette Poole, Beatrice Rudd and Marjorie Grigsby and one grandson Christopher Farmer.
Pat retired from The Defense Electronics Supply Center after many years of service. She was engaged in many activities to include, bowling, playing bridge and the usher board at her church until she could no longer attend services.
