Eileen Calloway was born on January 17, 1937 in Harlan, Kentucky to Vasey Webb Sr. and Naomi Webb.

Upon moving to Dayton, Ohio, she attended and graduated from Dunbar High School in 1955. Later on in life, she furthered her education in the medical field and graduated from Sinclair Community College as a Registered Nurse.

Eileen retired from the VA as a RN with more than 30 years of service.

Eileen loved to travel and loved being there for her family. She devoted her life to her husband and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 54 years, Willie T. Calloway Jr. and a special aunt, Hazel Hargrove.

On Thursday, May 15, 2025, Eileen made her transition after a life well lived. She leaves to mourn her passing her sons: Maurice and Bryan Calloway; grandchildren: Markeish, Brandon, Bryan Calloway Jr., Erin Cochran, Skyla and Lydia Hamblin and DionDre Jacobs; great-grandchildren: Jeremiah Calloway, Jaiona Cochran, Kei’maurie Calloway and Kaylani Calloway; brother Jackie Webb Sr. of Columbus, Ohio; sister Edith Faye of Boston, Massachusetts; special friend of 40 years Brenda Eason along with a host of other relatives and friends.
