Katie Mae Harris (nee Conner) passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2025 at Miami Valley Hospital. Katie was born April 4, 1944. She was life long resident of Dayton and a graduate of Nettie Lee Roth High School Class of 1963. Katie was an employee of McCall Printing Co. for many years, and a retiree of Mound Industries.

She was preceded in death by her parents Davis Conner, Sr. & Eliza J. (nee Young) Conner; brother, Davis Conner Jr.; sister, Kimberly Tharpe.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 51 years, Bobby D. Harris; daughter, Teresa Spencer of Cochie Co., AZ; sisters & brothers-in-law, Willa & Dale Richardson, Barbara & William Spence, Alice Hunter; brothers, Harold, Donald & Marvell Conner; grandchildren, Vincent, Vernon & Vanitra Richardson; great grandchildren, Asaiya, Eden, Jordyn & Zaccheus Richardson; sisters-in-law, Rochelle Lynch of MD & Yvonne Lucas of NC; brother-in-law, Robert Tharpe; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
