Lesley S. Brown Obituary

On February 23rd, 2021 God called one of his most loyal servants home.

Lesley Shanelle Brown was born on October 9th, 1970 to Olivia Donegan and Carvin Courts.

Lesley was born in Dayton Ohio where she graduated from Dunbar High School in 1989. Lesley then joined Wells and Sons where she worked for 22 years. She adored cooking and spending time with friends and family in her free time.

Lesley’s sudden departure left a void in the hearts of everyone she knew. She leaves to cherish her memories her four kids, Tony (Jessica), Tyron, Tremaine (sons) and Telania (daughter) Brown, three sisters, Denetress Thornton, Alysia Wilson, and Jowona Lewis, her brother Carvin Thomas, 7 grandchildren Terrell, Tyron, Bralyn, C’eon, Ry’lee, Toni, and Samiyah and a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She is survived by her paternal grandfather William King and her father Carvin Courts. She is proceeded in death by her grandparents, Mary Courts, Mildred King, Albert Courts Sr., and her mother Olivia Donegan.
