Lisa Williams Obituary

Lisa Williams (nee Turner), age 63, transitioned to her heavenly home Friday, August 23, 2024. She was born May 13, 1961, to the late Leonard E. Turner, Jr. and Edith G. Turner.

A life-long resident of Dayton, Lisa graduated from Dunbar High School, Class of 1979. Shortly afterwards, she joined the United States Air Force. Upon her return to Dayton, she was employed by the Dayton Board of Education. After which she became a home health aide and was truly loved by her clients. Lisa was a life-long member of Harris Memorial C.M.E. Church.

Lisa leaves to cherish her memory her daughters Tyfanny Turner and Tamara Smith (Ricky); her grandchildren Ricky Smith, Rayna Smith, and Richard Smith; her brother Leonard J. Turner, Sr. (Gail), her sisters Lenora Turner and Lenette London (George); special aunt Nira; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A force to be reckoned with, Lisa worked hard to take care of her family. Her strength, resilience, and many sacrifices will live on in her daughters. Lisa was loved and adored by all who were fortunate to have been a part of her journey. A cherished mother, grandmother, and sister, and so much more, Lisa will forever be loved and her memory will dwell in our hearts forever.
