Lucille Banks, age 69 departed her life peacefully, Friday, September 6, 2024 at Hospice of Dayton. Lucille loved going shopping, You couldn’t tell her nothing when she got dressed, she used to say “I’m fine ain’t I”, and I (her nephew) would say “naw girl you fat” and she would say “shit boy you crazy as hell, I know I’m fine”. She enjoyed coming around her family for all of our events and gatherings. She was never the one to mess with, Lucille would cuss you out and not think twice about it.

Lucille was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Louise Climmons, Father, John Wesley Climmons Sr.; brothers James Lee Climmons Sr. and John Wesley Climmons Jr.; sister Deloris Eilene Climmons, and her niece Tandi Rochelle Climmons.

She is survived by her husband Robert Banks, sister Junie Elaine Williams, Brenda Burris, brother Julius Brown. Lucille had a special nephew William Lenn and two special nieces Lashchell Blackmon and Carla Blackmon, along with other great great nieces and nephews, and a special friend Linda Winn.
