Luecinder was preceded in death by Ceadus Grant (Father), Lydia Grant (Mother), Lowell Payne, Sr. (Husband, (3 daughters) Jacquelyn Fletcher, Monci Hanns, Sherry Payne.
She leaves to cherish her memory (2 daughters) Jeanette Pitts, Hazel Wilson, (2 sons) Lowell Payne Jr., Samuel Payne, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
