Massie D. Nalls Slaughter Obituary

Massie D. Nalls Slaughter was born September 23, 1938 in Lexington, MS. The only child of Dewitt and Maggie Nalls, came to Dayton, September 23, 1958, and joined Little Rock Missionary Baptist Church, September 27, 1958.


She is the mother of three (3) children, Darrell (Rose), Greg (Monique) & Deneko; three (3) grandchildren, Little Darrell & Ashley Slaughter, DeNesha Moore of Dayton.


She was proceeded in death by her soulmate of over forty (40) years, Cato Hawkins.


She was "Mom" to Greg's Tire Service customers & employees, who she loved dearly. She was like a sister to Annie B. Wilson of Mt. Pleasant, MI, Ruth Cobbins of Lexington, MS & Mildred Jackson of Utah; special niece, Debbie Houston of Dayton, OH; Goddaughter/friend, Wanda Lander; Godson, B. B. Slaughter.


She loved everyone she met. The many friends, nieces, nephews & cousins.
