Nancy Belle Harrison, devoted wife, loving mother, aunt, sister, grandmother, and great grand-mother transitioned unexpectedly on December 29, 2025.
Nancy was born September 9, 1935 in Winchester, Kentucky to the late Carl J. Davis and Anna M. (Gatewood) Davis. Nancy graduated from John Oliver High School in 1954 and moved from Kentucky to Dayton where she married Nathaniel Harrison on July 10,1955.
Nancy was a devoted homemaker and the heart of her home. She loved to cook and was especially known for her homemade sweet rolls, her talent for completing beautiful jigsaw puzzles, and her enjoyment of playing bingo. Nancy was also a member of Phillips Temple Church where she served as a greeter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Anna Davis; her late husband, Nathaniel Harrison; her brothers George (Ora Lee) Davis, Carl Jr. (Kate) Davis, Kenneth (Mable) Davis, and Arthur Knowles, all of Winchester, Kentucky; Roger (Louise) Davis and John Davis of Dayton; and Harold Davis of Riverside, California; as well as her sisters Loretta Davis, Florine (Earl) Chenault, Stella (Steward) Reid, and Annette Stewart of California.
Left to cherish her memory are her seven children Nathaniel Harrison Jr., Nadine Harrison, Dean Harrison, Marcell (Stan) Hoard, Natalie Harrison, Nannette Tabb, and Daniel Harrison as well as her twelve grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
