Novolla F. McCoy

Novolla Francette “Fran” McCoy age 69 of Springfield, Ohio went home to be with the Lord, Thursday March 23, 2023, in Ocala, Florida at AdventHealth Medical Center. She was born April 13, 1953, in Springfield, Ohio, the daughter of William Mack Moore Sr. and Novolla (Moore) McClendon. 

Fran, graduated from Springfield South High School. She assisted her father at his nursing homes, taking care of the elderly men and women alike. Helping others is what she enjoyed doing, it's what came to her naturally. She was a funny, kind and caring woman who always made sure everyone was good. If you were hungry, she'd feed you. If you were cold, she'd give you a blanket, as if you were her own family. She never met a stranger. She had friends in every city and state that she visited. If you knew her, you were blessed to have her be part of your world. She was the best mother anyone could hope to have. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Johnny C. McCoy, three sisters, Eula Jean Wilson, Margaret Jasper, and Wynema White; two brothers, Thomas Moore and William Mack Moore Jr. 

Fran is survived by her three daughters, Talicia McCoy “Delicious” and Giovanna Beteta “Brighteyes” of Ocala, Florida and Jacqulin McCoy ‘Snooty’ of Arlington, Texas; two sons, Johnny J. (Malissa) McCoy III “Gill” of Springfield, Ohio and Dominic D. McCoy “Gunky” of Orlando, Florida; three grandsons, Aalex, Dominic and Charles; eight granddaughters, Ashley, Javonna, Robyn, Naomi, Alina, Alyssa, Nevaeh and Jonae'; five great-grandchildren; Maddox, Nadia, Parker, Evonna and Kenan; two brothers, Neil Richard (Sheryl) Moore of Oakboro, North Carolina, Bartimus Moore of Springfield, Ohio; three sisters, Maxine Brydie of Springfield, Ohio, Benetta (Roland) Miller of Huber Heights, Ohio and Carol Ann McMahon of Trotwood, Ohio; Special niece, Paige DeArmond, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Fran will be greatly missed and remembered forever.
