Pattie J. Lacy

Pattie Jean Lacy born in Owingsville, Kentucky, November 7, 1933 to the late Beulah Owings & Jim Daniels. She was married to the late Richard L. Lacy for over 27 years at the time of his death. Their union brought forth four children. After moving to Dayton, Ohio in 1951 the couple joined Phillips Temple CME Church. Pattie’s family was her priority. She tried to teach her children that family should take care of family.

Pattie enjoyed cooking. She worked with her sister, Margaret for over 30 years at United Methodist General Council. She was a member of Phillips Temple CME Church.

Pattie lived a very full and blessed life with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Jim Daniels and Beulah Owings; husband Richard Lacy, Sr., son Richard Lacy, Jr., niece Pamela Wright and beloved sister Margaret Wright.

Leaves to cherish her devoted children Sandra, Patricia and Lenora (Barry); grandchildren Robert, Kimberly, Christopher, Richard and Brittney; 17 great grandchildren and 20 great-great grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
