Raynard Trice (Sunrise: May 10th, 1954—Sunset: December 26th, 2023)

Raynard Trice, Born May 10th, 1954, age 69, went on to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 26th, 2023 @ 1:08 pm at the Dayton VA Hospice Center after a lengthy illness. Raynard Graduated from Roth High School with the Class of 1972, and he served in the United States Army from 1983-1986. Raynard was preceded in death by his father, Richard D. Trice Sr; and brothers Richard D. Trice Jr, and Ronald Trice. He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Joyce A. Trice, Stepdaughter, Teeara L. VonLewis, Stepson, Gregory J. VonLewis, Jr. his mother, Clara L. Trice, 3 siblings, Renee Trice-Chaplin of Powder Springs, Ga; Roderick Trice (Ramona) of Dayton, Rhonda Trice of Englewood, Close Nephew Aaron Trice also of Englewood, Sister-in-Law Patricia Young of Trotwood, Close friend William ("Buster") Dean and close family friend Manila Parks both of Dayton. Raynard will be truly missed by a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held for family and friends on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024 from 3pm-4pm at H.H. Roberts Funeral Home,38 S. Gettysburg Ave. Dayton, Ohio 45417. Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 4th, 2024 at The Dayton VA National Cemetery at 2 pm. VA Hospice Chaplain Mrs. Benita Sanders-Taylor will be officiating the service.

The family would like to give a very special thanks to The Victory Ridge Hospice Center at The Dayton VAMC for the wonderful care they gave to Ray in his final days and also for showing their compassion and support.
