Rosella McGahee

Rosella McGahee was born to Henry & Gladys (Fuller) McGahee on August 28, 1938 in Moulton, Alabama. She left to be with her Heavenly Father Friday morning November 12, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter's father B.E. Hart, her sister Lois A. Amos, and her nephew Ivan S. Cook.

Nanny, Sapphire, Lady, Aunt Bo and Rosetta will be greatly missed by her loving daughter Rita B. McGahee, her beloved grandson Ryan B.V. McGahee, brother Thomas C. (Helen), of Apple Valley, California; nieces and nephews, Claudia (Cecil) Jones, of Atlanta, Georgia, Glenda Parks of Columbus, Ohio, Vincent Owens and Darrell (Angie) Owens of Atlanta, Georgia and Lisa Owens of Dayton, Ohio, other family and friends.

Rosella worked at Stillwater Medical Center for over 30 years as a dedicated nursing assistant. She was a faithful member of Webster Street Church of Christ (now Needmore Road) until her illness. A graduate of Dunbar High School, Class of 1956. She loved going to dinner with her children and watching movies. She will be missed.
