Tank was also a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church of Dayton, Ohio. Tank worked in many fields during his life, including working for Delphi, Kroger, Caterpillar, and most recently, at ConAgra Foods as a fork-lift driver until the time of his disability. Tank was happiest spending quality time with his beautiful children, eating great food, laughing, debating, and cultivating his massive collection of Jordan’s.
Throughout his life, Tank kept a tight circle of friends, and was never really “out on the scene.” But you could catch him enjoying food, drinks, laughter and talking about the good old days with his brothers at The Ohio Chief’s Bar and Lounge. So to celebrate his life, family and friends will gather there again on Sunday, March 22, 2026 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at 1124 Leo Street in Dayton, Ohio 45404.
The family will welcome cards and expressions of sympathy at the time of Tank’s Celebration of Life. Finally, the family would like to send a special thanks to H. H. Roberts Mortuary of Dayton Ohio, and Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton for their heartfelt professionalism and generosity.
