Stanley Michael Lewis age 65, answered the call of his Heavenly Father November 18, 2024. He was born in Greene County, OH to the union of LaFrancine Lee Lewis and Joseph Francis Lee Lewis, both deceased. A resident of Dayton for many years, he was a graduate of Fairview High School and served in the military soon after for 8 years. Michael began his Christian journey as a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church.

Stanley, affectionately known as Stan or Mike, was a passionate reader and comic book enthusiast. He enjoyed playing video games, taking part in fantasy sports leagues, and engaging in Dungeons and Dragons sessions. A devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys, he could often be found on his front porch, savoring the outdoors with a book in hand and a cigarette nearby. Stan will be remembered for his hardworking nature and his genuine love for people.

Preceded in death by his younger sister Susan Twitty; aunt and uncle Sarah (Preston) Sanders of Atlanta, GA, William Saunders of Radcliff, KY. He leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter, Jasmine Lewis of Middletown; siblings Stephanie Montgomery, Stacey Hicks (Theresa Butler), and Shannon Hicks; fiancé, Ursula Turner, aunts and uncles Reola (William) Saunders of Radcliff, KY and Barbara Holmes of Dayton; nieces and nephews Monica (Charles) Wallace, Tyrea Searcy, Tenisha Montgomery, Veontae' Montgomery, Jamie Montgomery, Samantha Twitty, Deon'Tay Twitty, Shan'Que Twitty and De'Shae Hicks; great nieces and nephews Charles Wallace Jr., Tyreal Searcy-Love, LeAnne Fletcher, Joseline Fletcher, Kalen Hicks, Nova Hicks, Kainan Head, Nolan Head, and Noriel Head.
